I went to the Irish village yesterday and had a blast!!..I still pity my friend who was the :appointed: driver for the day,and so wasn't drinking!
Nice ambiance..all drinks@aed19 all night long..good music..I think it is still on till Saturday..

Bahrain,Arak Haddad & Other stories.

Ok folks(if any1 ever reads my blog!)..i was in bahrain for a couple of days on a
"not-so-fruitful-recession-prone" business trip..This is what happened...

** I took the cheapest booze available on duty free on my way there...18 bucks for 500ml Arak haddad(Jordanian liqour with approx 45% Alcohol content)..it sure hit me!!

** I had the getaplana@nando's bahrain (adilya area)..after getting drunk...faint memories though!!

** I roamded around the streets listening to random Fm stereo(bahrain has voice of america & AFN europe on Fm),on my Creative zen..

** I watched "Almost Famous"(repeat watch) and " Under the tuscany sun"..on hotel Tv...Almost famous sure is a different kinda movie..must watch!!..
